Your personal data will be transferred without seeking explicit consent pursuant to Article 8(2)(a) of the KVKK for the purposes specified below:

• To relevant public institutions and organizations and private institutions and organizations, when required or upon request, in order to fulfill legal obligations under applicable legislation,
• To our attorneys to the extent necessary, within the scope of confidentiality obligations, in order to follow legal and financial processes,

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

You may submit your requests regarding these rights under Article 11 of the KVKK in accordance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller,

• By sending an e-mail to insankaynaklari@gurmetal.com.tr using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or (if any) the e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems

or through other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.

In addition to the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, if you have given explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.

This privacy notice has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation. Necessary changes may be made to this notice in line with changes in applicable legal legislation and/or the Company’s personal data processing purposes and policies.
