We closely monitor all processes from casting to final processing; we ensure that products fully comply with technical requirements through measurement, testing, and analysis. This approach supports not only production without defects, but also continuous improvement and maintaining customer satisfaction at the highest level.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

We use non-destructive testing (NDT) methods to detect defects in the physical and metallurgical structure of our products without damaging the material. These inspections allow us to identify cracks, cavities, or surface defects that may occur during the production at an early stage and take the necessary actions. The inspection methods we carefully apply help us provide our customers with long-lasting, high-performance products by increasing the reliability of our parts.

Dimensional Control

We check the dimensions of parts during the production with the highest precision. By using CMM devices and 3D scanning technologies, we ensure that products are fully compliant with technical drawings. Even with the most complex geometries, we guarantee quality through high-precision measurement results. This way, we ensure that parts delivered to our customers are fully compliant with the tolerances they require.
